How to understand my APY of my InfinityNode?

Example:
MINI 2775/1154 30% means 2,775 MINI InfinityNode have been created since the blockchain genesis. 1,154 are currently online. 30% corresponds to the estimated APY with 1,154 InfinityNodes with the last daily generated blocks.
3- Get the frequency: There are 1 block every minute. Then, 1,440 blocks per day. The payment is deterministic. Considering the previous example, a MINI receives payment of 280 SIN every 1,154 minutes that is 19 hours and 14 minutes.
4- Get the APY:
There are 525,600 minutes per year. With a distribution every 1,154 minutes, a MINI InfinityNode in the example receives 455 rewards per year. As a reward is 280 SIN, I receive 127,400 SIN per year. The APY is 27.4% because 100,000 SIN are burnt.
5- Estimate the real ROI: The InfinityNode requires a VPS. With setUP, this is roughly 35 USD. If the SIN price is 0.002 USD, it is an invoice of 17,500 SIN. Hence, the ROI is 9,900 SIN coins that means 9.9%.
If the SIN price goes up, then the VPS costs is lower. Then, the ROI is higher. This is variable to the user as well if the VPS can be hosted by the user or another service.
